Who provides balloon decoration in Mohali?

BP Decorators provides balloon decoration in Mohali. Our team brings the material and sets up at your home, hotel room or venue. To book, call +91 82888 80909, message us on WhatsApp, or send the enquiry form with your date and location.

In Mohali, balloon decoration is mostly booked for flats, clubhouses and office celebrations in the IT and industrial areas. At home it is usually a balloon garland around a backdrop or ceiling balloons; in clubhouses and offices it is arches, columns and brand-colour balloon walls that can stay up for the whole event.

For offices, tell us the building, the floor and when the setup can start before staff arrive. For homes, share the society, tower and flat number. Send your colour palette or a reference picture, and tell us whether you want helium balloons, air-filled garlands or both; helium bunches float for a day, while air-filled work lasts longer.

We use good quality latex and foil balloons and bring our own pumps, stands and tape, so you do not need to arrange anything except access to the space and a power point if there are lights.

Mohali has grown fast, and so have our bookings here. A lot of families live in the newer sectors along Airport Road and in the large housing societies around Aerocity and IT City, so many of our Mohali setups are in flats: a balloon backdrop in the living room, a romantic room in the master bedroom, or a welcome-baby arch at the flat door.

The older phases and sectors closer to Chandigarh have independent houses where we often decorate the entrance and a hall. Kharar, Landran and Sohana are further out; we cover them, but tell us the exact location early so we can plan travel time, especially in the evening when Airport Road gets slow.

For societies, please inform the security desk that our team is coming and keep a parking spot in mind for a small vehicle. If you are planning a surprise, tell us the time window you have and we will plan around it.

What we set up for balloon celebrations

Balloons are still the quickest way to change how a space feels. We make organic garlands, full arches, balloon walls with names, ceiling balloons and helium bunches, in the colours you choose.

Balloon work suits almost any occasion: birthdays, anniversaries, shop openings, school events and office celebrations. For outdoor setups we plan around heat and wind so the decoration lasts through the event.

For Kharar, Landran and areas beyond Airport Road, please book a little earlier so we can plan travel time.
